New people are moving in here all the time and this month in particular has seen some hilarious notes left in our common ares. I thought it was so sweet that so many people actually gave recommendations to these new people’s note!I had a lovely dinner out with James and my Mum and I had a delicious drink… it was supposed to be for children so it was called a “Pooh Bear”. Many jokes about that name ensued. It was so yummy though, all milky with honey.

James was hired to do an engagement shoot and the location was at the Mornington Peninsular. It was so scenic I had to take some photos with my iphone 😀

We had a delicious lunch there too!

I spotted this bird’s nest in one of the eves.

The flowers there were spectacular!

And I was creeped out by this snail. I don’t like snails but I find them fascinating so I couldn’t stop looking XD It kept licking it’s shell.

This was the winery we were at, it was lovely and so very scenic!

We visited the beach while we were up there too and it was an amazing setting.

There was another couple there who were getting their wedding photos done. Their photographer had an assistant who he was constantly yelling at all the way down the beach, I’m glad James doesn’t do that to me haha!

Later that week Celina played around with Bergamot haha 😀

At this time of year everything is so green and pretty 😀 All of the CBD streets are backed with beautiful trees, I love how green Melbourne is.

I went to a breakfast for French brand Bioderma and learned a lot of science behind their products for sensitive skin. It was really interesting and I think the make up remover/cleansing product is going to be really good for me!

I find it really interesting learning about the differences in beauty regimes depending on country too.

I’m starting to get sleepy writing this, I could use a cup of tea XD

Of course, any morning with French pastries is a good morning!

Lastly, these photos are slightly more recent but I couldn’t help posting them as I was so excited! BG Dino sent me a package just before Christmas and I can’t wait to try everything 😀 She sent lots of hair accessories and bits and pieces for craft tutorials! The absolute best thing in it was the personalised prescription (she’s a doctor!) of a hand made felt “Chill Pill”. I have it on my table next to my computer and every time I get stressed out I look at it and relax 😀

She also sent me this super cute cross stitch pattern for a BD Dino herself! I can’t wait to make it 😀 I totally need to finish my current embroidery so I can get started! Thank you so much Dino and gigantic hugs from James and I!

We walked past this water feature that I’ve always kind of ignored because it’s so boring but this particular day there was a girl there making an art installation out of leaves.She was arranging them in a portrait, so pretty and such a lovely idea.A boy came and offered to help her remove some of the leaves stuck up too high for her and it was so cute ^_^

James took this one, he wanted to play with the camera almost as much as I did XD

I spent a lot of time enjoying the new flowers too, they didn’t smell so great but they sure were pretty!

There was a really pretty flower shop along there too, I love seeing the flower stands around here. There’s one right near our house with a really nice owner. He’s always so friendly so I’ve decided when I’m one of those awesome rich people who can afford fresh flowers every week I’m going to shop exclusively there 😀

I saw these adorable mop toppers at Tokuya… I have no idea if they do anything other than making your mop cuter but I think that’s a very good skill in itself 😉

At this point we were trying to find a shop that James had been searching for. Unfortunately we weren’t sure it actually existed but it was a lot of fun looking for it!

We spent quite a lot of time wandering around China Town, at sunset it’s always so pretty in that area.

And I saw a lobster humping a crap… so I took a photo because I’m classy.

I really want to try this Japanese restaurant, it has really good reviews and the area reminds me so much of Tokyo!

At another restaurant we walked past was SUSHI BURGER! Weirdest thing I’ve ever seen but I totally want to try!

James finally found the Salvos store we were trying to find XD…

…and it happened to be right next to an arcade game parlour… 😀 

Biggest claw machine EVER. Seriously the kitty at the back had black marks all over its head because people had tried to get it so much XD

We met up with my Mum and went to dinner at Claypot King.

James’ coke was strangely descriptive XD

I ordered what I thought was a drink that I had had before and ended up with this instead which was shaved ice full of coconut, peanuts, corn, jelly and cordial XD I have the worst luck with ordering things but I will try pretty much anything so it worked out! This was actually pretty good haha!

On the way home I taught my Mum how to play claw machines hahaha!

James discovered they installed pachinko and seems to have gotten slightly addicted, but having never seen or heard of one before he wasmore than a little confused >_<

I was much more interested in the claw machines though so I won my Mum a green kitty 😀

It matches my pink one but she likes green.

So many pretty things around town that day too, or rather there were probably the same amount of them but I was just looking around rather than rushing off somewhere!

Buttons at Lincraft, I need to find somewhere else to buy Bunny eyes because they don’t seem to stock them anymore ;_; I’m getting ready to put the first batch of bunnies up for sale, yay!

I think I took all the photos I always take like of the horses and buildings just to see if I could do them better… so sorry for the doubles XD

I did get my revenge though, James always tried to make me stand in the middle of the tram tracks to take photos and that makes me nervous so I made him do it for once! He was not so nervous…

I mostly seem to have taken photos of things with pretty colours, clearly I am attracted to shiny things!

I want to decorate my house with all of these glittery trees and pretty papers
