How to apply circles lenses tutorial
This is a re-upload of an old video to add more suitable music.
This is a short sort-of-tutorial I made when I was wearing circle lenses regularly.
How to use circle lenses.
My circle lenses are from www.e-circlelens.net
I am using Walkure Brown.
First unpack the lenses.
Remove the bottles from the package.
Get your containers ready.
Find the marker on the metal part of the lid and lift off.
Shake the bottle to unstick the lens, remove the rubber lid and pour it into the container.
Ready to rock and roll.
Wash your hands.
Use the tweezers provided to pick up a lens and put on your finger.
Before shot.
Violet’s tip- careful not to poke yourself.
With the lens on your index finger, use both middle fingers to open your eye.
Look at the lens and when it’s almost in, look up and gently place it on your eye.
Blink a few times to set it in place.
Taadaa
It might take some practice.
Now do the other eye.
Ok yes it loks pretty gross but if you do it right you can’t even feel them.
Now it’s time to go put on your make up.
And have some fun.
Walkure Brown,
Now let’s try some others.
Angle Ex Green.
Aryan Ring Circle.
When you need to remove them, look at your finger, touch the edge of the lens, look up and pinch the lens out.
And put it back in the container.
You can get these lenses at e-circlelens.net

This one is a simple nail art tutorial on creating a basic lace design using a nail pen.
Today on VioletVision.
Nail Art Tutorial, Sweet Lace Nails.
You need: Eyeko Lilac Polish, White Dotting Pen.
Step 1:
Paint your nails with the lilac polish.
Step 2:
Allow it to dry then paint a second coat.
Step 3:
Allow it to dry completely and clean up the nail polish you probably spilled on your tiles.
Step 4:
Get your dotting pen and start dotting like this.
And that’s it.
You can top coat with clear polish if you want.

This is a series of videos in collaboration with Celeste from Becoming Beautiful where we try different styles on her. This particular one we were testing whether Illamasqua pigments would work as well on Dark hair as they do in blonde.
You can see it on my blonde hair in this post: http://bit.ly/qasTdh

Welcome to another episode of Styling Celeste where I try out random hairstyles on my unwitting victim. lovely friend Celeste.
Today’s we’re playing with Illamasqua Cream Pigment in her hair.
So a while ago I wrote a post on how you could use the Illamasqua Cream Pigment in your hair as temporary colour.
I got a bunch of comments asking whether it would work with dark hair.
Let’s find out.
All you need to do is section your hair and paint it on.
You can use a brush, fingers or whatever.
I’m using Illamasqua Cream Pigment in Dab which is a nice pastel purple.
Don’t forget to do the back side of the hair too.
Let it dry for around 10 minutes so it doesn’t come off on your fingers.
Give it a quick spray with dry shampoo to seal it in then style as normal.
We used the straightener a bit too soon because I was impatient and some of the pigment came off.
Wait longer!
Knowing this works on dark hair means there are so many more fun options to try.
Let me know how you guys go!

Nail decals are a fantastic way to jazz up plain nails while expending minimum effort.
I love them because they mean you can have beautiful nails no matter what your skill set.
Start with clean bare nails and paint a base colour.
Glitters look awesome under decals and you’ll find light colours provide the best results.
Wait until it’s completely dry.
I am using decals from inspirednails.com they are the very thin kind.
Pick the size of the decal which will cover your entire nail.
Cut out the decal.
Trim the edges to fit your nail and the bottom to fit the cuticle.
Lay it over the nail to make sure it fits.
Submerge the decal in water for around 10 seconds until it’s soaked.
Put it on your finger, decal side down and slide the wet paper off.
Press it down on your nail and smooth it over.
Don’t worry about the over hang for now, just smooth it down.
Coat the whole nail with clear polish.
Once it’s dry, use a nail file to file downwards on the edge to remove the over hang.
If you need to, you can remove extra with tweezers.
Looking good!
Add another coat of clear polish and you’re finished.
Very pretty and very easy to do.
The possibilities are endless.
You can buy these and other decals from inspirednails.com

False nails are a great alternative for those who want long nails without the effort.
This is how I apply mine.
Start with clean dry nails.
Lightly buff the shine off them.
Don’t buff too hard.
Choose the correct size nail and snap it from the frame.
The correct size will cover the entire natural nail.
Carefully file any rough edges from the tips.
Grab your nail glue, I like the kind with a brush for easy application.
Apply glue over the entire nail surface.
Don’t get it on your skin.
Line the nail at your cuticle and ease it down onto the rest of your hair.
Apply pressure firmly for 10-20 seconds.
Tadaa!
Repeat on the rest of your nails for the finished look.
I love these nails because they were custom designed with my monogram.
