Join The VLB

There are a whole lot of you guys who have only started reading this year so I thought it would be a good time to let you know about my monthly newsletter. Firstly welcome and thank you for reading!
I get a lot of requests for being able to download my tutorials in their full format so you can stick it on an ipad or whatever and have it with you when you’re actually doing the craft. I’m currently going through my back- catalogue of like 600+ tutorials to format them in an easily downloadable way. To access the ones I’ve done so far all you need to do is sign up to my newsletter and you will be emailed a big long list of them!

I’m hoping each issue inspires you to do something fun! There are heaps of craft tutorials from around the web included for you to try out, fun videos, the downloadable tutorials, interesting new blogs to follow, coupon codes for the Bergamot store etc.

If you’re already subscribed, I would love to know what else you would like to see in the VLB so just leave me a comment!

I’m currently planning out the kind of things to include this coming year which is really fun. I think I really enjoy the planning stages of things rather than the doing part hahaha!

Anyway hope you are all having a lovely week!

Squishy Comfy Outfits Of The Day

I can’t believe how long it’s been since I did proper OOTD posts *_* I don’t quite know how that happened! I have been wearing clothes all this time… just forgetting to take photos? >_>

Most of the photos I have are from behind the scenes of things.

Ever so comfy:

Dress: Gift from Celina
Skirt: Sussan
Slippers: Random Japanese import store in Melbourne Central

Bear ear hair style!

I think I need to start buying things from places which I can actually direct people to because I get asked all the time where I get stuff from but the only things in this outfit that are from an actual shop are the underskirt and jumper from Valley Girl and Tempt. The rest is handmade/gifted!
This one is a really nice outfit for when it’s a bit overcast outside.
Hat- ebay
Shirt- 7 Angels
Skirt- Sussan
Jewellery- Lovisa

Dress- 7 Angels
Cardigan – Jeans West many years ago which I cut up.
Shoes- Target
Hat- H&M
And this month’s sponsored Tuesday Toes with Pedi-sox!
These spotty socks are so fun and bright so I wanted to do something happy to match!
1. Use the end of a pencil to create large colourful spots.
2. Add other colours.
3. With the last colour, overlap the previous spots so it looks like confetti and top coat.
So perfect for Summer! To order your own spotty Pedi-Sox check out www.CreativesNewEdge.com.au if you’re in Aus, or www.originalpedisox.com for your country’s stockist!

Ok I’m going to get more organised with my outfits again!!

James The Eating Champion – Snapshots

This is the face of a man who is about to ingest 1kg of burrito >_>

It seems like the Mexican food craze has been dying down a bit here lately and has been replaced by Vietnamese. James far prefers Mexican so when he read about Mad Mex doing a 1kg mega burrito challenge it was about 10 minutes before I was being dragged there.

The challenge in all it’s glory:

And the challenge takers… don’t include me in this because I got a regular one… which I actually finished for a change so maybe you should count me in? XD

If you managed to finish, you got your very own Luchador wrestling mask. Apparently to the victors, go the spoils!

They insisted on wearing them all the way home too so I looked like I was being abducted by crazy wrestlers.

This sure is the man that I love >_>

Melbourne has way too much food that I want to eat and things open and close so quickly that I can’t keep up. This was the first Cajun place that I had ever seen and I only got to eat their delicious fries twice before they too turned into a Vietnamese place… at least the pho there now is delicious!

We celebrated Kris graduating and moving out by introducing him to our all time favourite Korean place: Big Mama!

Why do I take so many photos of food, all it does is make me hungry again!!!

Maybe a new place will open up tomorrow to try 😀
