This is a very quick video on the technique I use for making simple gradient nail art. It features various gitter nail polishes.

Gradient nail art tutorial.
What you need:
light nail polish (Grey glitter), medium nail polish (pink glitter), dark polish (purple glitter), clear polish, orange stick or similar.
First thing is to clean and prep your nails. If you use a base coat, apply it now.
Lay down a base coat of the lightest colour.
I needed two coats to make it relatively opaque.
Wait until that is completely dry.
Using the medium polish coat the top half of the nail.
Use the flat end of the orange stick, squish the edge of the polish down and blend with the base coat.
The easiest way to do this is to tap repeatedly until it looks right.
If you don’t have an orange stick you could also use a cotton bud or your finger.
All blended.
Next use your dark polish to apply a line at the tip.
Again, blend with the orange stick until it looks nice.
Now it’s just a matter of adding more of each colour until the colour change looks natural.
Add some more of the middle colour and blend.
And more of the dark colour, blend etc.
This is what you want to end up with.
Once it’s all dry, add a clear top coat.
Clean up anything around the nail and you’re all finished.
I hope this was a useful video, please check out the blog post linked in the description for more information and tutorials.
Thanks so much for watching.
Bye!
