Gel nails and junk.
Life can be fun sometimes. I tried out gel nails for the first time last night and let me tell you, they SUCKED. I am not a fan at all.
I followed the directions exactly and what I was left with was an icky ridgy mess of nails that looked ridiculous. After finishing the height of the gel didn’t even reach the tips so there was a terrible ridge line across the nail where they meet.
Hmm, maybe I didn’t do it right. Clearly many people love gel nails, maybe I should get them done professionally. I want to do a nail course so I can learn all the tips and tricks!
For now though, I think I’m going to stick with my good old fashioned acrylics.
