I so want a Nintendo DSi.
Oh wow guys I want this so hard… but in pink. Why didn’t they release it in pink ? ;_;
I don’t think I have anything in my possession that is as useful as my Nintendo DS. It is awesome, it’s pretty and most importantly it’s functional.
I love games like Cooking Guide, Brain Training, Legend of Zelda… and the best game ever? MYSTERY DETECTIVE!
Actually it’s called Touch Detective but in English that sounds kind of dirty so they changed it to Mystery Detective. Click here for information about it, SO CUTE!
Anyway I totally want a Nintendo DSi, but it’s got so few differences to my current DS lite that I can’t justify the cost. Especially since it’s not even pink! I think I’ll keep my current little friend and wait until the price drops and the colour changes… then I can deco the crap out of it!
Btw did I mention that the Learning Japanese game is FREAKING awesome too? Because it is! It seems to go on forever though, so if you’re playing too… がんばる!
Are you guys going to buy a Nintendo DSi or are you sticking with the older cheaper models?

What no ACEO?
Hello everyone!
I’m back saaafe and sound. I had a fantastic time even though I had to work for a lot of it and I’ve got heaps of photos to show you all!
Sorry I missed ACEO Friday this week, I promise it will be back with a vengeance next week for all your viewing pleasure along with some art I did while we were up there.
I did sooo much shopping 😀 My bank balance took a serious hit but totally worth it because we both got our Kevin Rudd bonuses! I capped it off when we got home with some online shopping I’ve been wanting to do FOREVER so thank you Mr Rudd! I hope I stimulated the economy enough for you XD
Once my online orders come in I’m going to use a couple of them to start writing my shop reviews, I’ve actually got a couple of ideas already so keep watch!
Thanks for keeping reading while I was gone, I’m still catching up on everyone’s blogs and I’ve got about 100 emails to get through so sorry if it takes me a few days to reply right now 🙂

How to clean up your make up area collection.
If you’re anything like me your bathroom tends to end up like this after a week or so of being lazy.
Ever mindful that this amount of messy-ness looks unclean and is probably unhygienic I set about to find a nice solution that was stylish and didn’t cost me anything. As usual I was aiming to follow Hime Gyaru/Lolita stylings.

Sorry for the lack of photos, I didn’t think I was going to make this into a tutorial while I was doing it! On to raiding my craft stash!
Materials: 1. Pretty paper 2. Old Boxes 3. Glue 4. Black lace 5. Ribbon bows
Instructions: I was fortunate enough to find some old boxes that looked like drawers so it was pretty easy. You can use whatever you have on hand or make them from scratch.
First I gathered my materials.
Then I used the pretty paper to cover the old boxes. I glued it on nice and securely and made sure the drawers still fit together.
Next I wrapped the lace around to decorate it and when I was happy with the finish I glued it in place.
I then added the bows.
Once everything was all dry I put all my make up into the pretty new boxes and TADAA!
So I guess that’s how to clean up your make up collection…

A cutesy artwork break today.
Argh sometimes when I think about Lolita or Hime Gyaru this happens to me. I just want to hand over my purse and say “TAKE MY MONIES! JUST GIVE ME YOUR PRETTIES!”… Good idea right? I’m sure my budget disagrees but my brain wants to do this! Btw you can buy this on a shirt in my RedBubble Store… and fund spendings hahaha…
This was one of my first drawings using my graphics tablet. It was pretty much a study in different techniques but kind of cute huh?
Meh that’s enough cutesy artwork for now.

Now this is the kind of Rockabilly fashion I could really get into! Floofy skirts, Pettis, high hair. Makes me want to go bowling!
James where are you? Time to go bowling! As usual I get very bored writing these descriptions and just want to get back to drawing.
