This post is a day late but hopefully it will be worth it 😀
I’ve been wanting to do a give away for quite a while now to celebrate a few mile stones but it didn’t seem like the right time until now. It’s just ticked over to more than 300 Google Friends, we’ve moved to a new exciting city, I’ve just opening my Store and there are some seriously big things coming up soon for my blog!

This blog has come a really long way since I started it and I hope it’s only going to get better from here ^_^
The thing is that every time I meet someone and they ask me to describe my blog I tend to fumble a bit and try to explain it. It can be difficult to explain the blog to people that aren’t into these things already >_<
So what I need is an elevator pitch and I’m having a competition to come up with it!

This Valentines day Nuffnang is giving it’s bloggers a chance to win a $250 gift voucher, so we thought what better way to spend Valentines Day but together attempting to win enough chocolate to keep us happily blogging away for a whole year. And so…
Once upon a time there were two lonely bloggers… they both loved pink and they both loved sparkles, they both loved anything fancy but they lived 1000 miles away from each other 🙁
The distance seemed insurmountable. They would never meet on a train, they would never meet at a supermarket… would their sparkly paths ever cross?
And then along came a little blue man… a Nuffnang man! He left them a little trail of digital bread crumbs to lead them to each other…
The bloggers were ecstatic! They finally had someone else to share their pink sparkliness with!
They shared similar academic pursuits…
And a love of exercise…
And it was nice to have kindness and support in such a mediocre gray scale world….
Or not….
They explored the possibilities of alternative nutrition…
Though each was sweeter than the other… at times.
They dazzled the locals with style and grace…
And spread love and happiness where ever they went!
But they kept large sticks in their large handbags in case of disaster…
They went to bed early every night and made sure to get their beauty sleep…
But that didn’t always seem to go to plan…
So they practiced their elocution until they fell asleep!
All of this joy is thanks to one little blue man, thank you Nuffnang we LOVE you!
And while their world is now more beautiful, there is always room for another seat at the tea party!
We have more special Valentine love to spread to the insanely cute Cheesie of www.Cheeserland.com because if we can have this much fun when she’s not even in the room, imagine what we can do when she actually visits!

They make the most beautiful swim suits I’ve ever seen. They are all retro themed and have really flattering cuts. One thing that I *really* liked was that you can choose some of the designs to fit your bra cup size. As a girl who is slim but *cough*curvy*cough* I have a lot of trouble finding swim suits that well… fit. After chatting to Vicki about which style would suit my figure the best as well as be very supportive I picked one out 😀

And this is the swim suit, you can see it on the site here. It’s made of quite thick material and it has boning in the sides to give you a really nice shape.
Okokokokok after much debating I decided to post some pictures of me actually in it.. but I’m completely self conscious so be nice ok! I normally don’t even leave the house without stockings and a cardigan so this is quite out of the ordinary! I’m also a little paranoid that the photos will end up somewhere I don’t want so extra water marks today sorry!

I really can’t say how much I LOVE this swimsuit, I used to hate swimming and going to the beach because I was always scared of having a “costume malfunction” but this is so supportive and nice that I go swimming with James all the time now 😀

I had a huge amount of fun trying to decide what to choose from Blue Velvet Vintage, there were so many pretty things on the site that I came very close to spending a lot of my own money too *_*
Adorable business card!
So what did I get? First I got this super cute bracelet by Sarah Coventry. Unfortunately a couple of the rhinestones had fallen off in transit but they were very easily fixed and Theresa was extremely apologetic. Anyway it looks so pretty on!
The other item I got was this super awesome purple pleated skirt from the 1950’s!
It was way too long on me so I took it up around 10 inches very carefully and taadaa:
