Google Friend Connect News, Updates and Quick Craft- Monogram Slipper Gifts
Last week’s big week is stretching into a big couple of weeks, I think I’ll need a holiday to get over it all ;)
Very important news first for readers who follow my posts via Google Friend Connect.
Google will no longer be offering the friend connect service to blogs hosted outside of Blogger. Basically sucks to everyone who has built a community and the readers who enjoy reading a variety of sites. So around next week my updates will no longer appear in your Friend Connect Feed >_<
If you still want to receive my updates you have a lot of other options to continue reading so here’s a handy list to make the transition as easy as possible:
- Subscribe via RSS, if you followed via GFC you already have a Google Reader account so just click here to subscribe to me.
- Subscribe via RSS with any other feed reading service.
- Subscribe via email (currently it’s a once a week email with all of the posts listed), just click the subscribe button half way down the left sidebar.
- Subscribe via Bloglovin
- Follow me on Twitter (I post updates there)
- Follow me on Facebook (I post my updates there too)
- Check back here every day because there’s most likely a new post XD
So that’s it, if you want to continue following give one of those options a try or if you have any suggestions just let me know! I’ll be sending a reminder message via the GFC app later in the week.
Secondly….
The site will most likely be down this weekend and it’s going through some major back end maintenance. I will post the times and updates during on my Facebook page so follow there to keep up to date.

Anyone have any awesome PS3 games they can recommend me? We’ve gone through all of ours and I totally need something to de-stress to at night!

I really like those slippers! I have a pair with pink leapord spots on them. They are so comfy. I’ve been trying to think of somethin interesting to do with them and a cute ‘K’ seems just the thing ^_^

My current favorite PS3 game is Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, it’s a western….with zombies! Not sure if it’s your kind of game but it kills time….

I’d like to recommend Neir. I’m playing though it at the moment, it had beautiful graphics and music and reminds me a little of Zelda crossed with final fantasy!

Me too! I’m trying to find ways around it at the moment so it doesn’t inconvenience anyone but it’s so frustrating!
My personal favorites, that you can get on the PS3 (and I would completely recommend) are Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age:Origins.
Mass Effect is completely awesome, and I feel unique, sci-fi. I won’t lie, though, I’m a total fangirl for it.
Dragon Age: Origins considers itself a “Dark Fantasy” title, but I would just call it an awesome fantasy setting. It also has great characters. ^-^
