Snapshots from the new camera!

Oct 23, 2011 by

So about a month ago James got a new camera and he’s been obsessed with it ever since XD The photos are so nice so I thought I’d use the first few days worth for today’s Snapshot post. They are so pretty I didn’t want them to go to waste!

He got it a few days before his Mother Came to visit so we had fun showing her around town. She was here to see Love Never Dies but we ended up doing a lot of shopping… unless James’ Dad is reading this in which case all we did was sit quietly and NOT spend any money ;D

  1. Hello Alex

All of these photos were super cute!! I really loved your purple eye makeup too! Also can’t wait to see the new pink dye your using. It looks very nice :)

  2. Ehhh, Hopetoun is not that great. You actually can’t make bookings there (they’re quite snooty about it), and their sandwiches are always dry.

  3. A snapshots post – fantastic! I love that second-to-last shot of you walking home, outlines in lights from the approaching traffic. It’s gorgeous.

You’ve inpsired me to get off my backside and post some photos of my own.

  4. Amy

Oh, you look just like a winter princess ^^

  5. Wow James new camera is awesome!! I am so jealous!! And as always Violet you look stunning (also jealous of that!!) x

  6. Amazing photos :D What Nikon camera is it? ^^
I hope to visit all these amazing places you seem to visit next year! It looks beautiful :)

  7. Del

I love your snapshot posts ^_^ It’s fun to see all the neat things you get up to!

  8. That camera lens is really nice!! :O There are so many nice pictures in this post that I could probably make this comment into a novel by saying so much about them. XD

But I will at least say that I’ve never heard of that Melbourne Central tower thing, let alone seen it, and it almost doesn’t look real, wow! :O And your hair looks sooooo pretty. :D

    • :D Thank you Alyssa! If you ever come to Aus you’ll have to see the tower thingy, they used to make shot gun pellets in it or something and it’s quite pretty! Now it’s a big shopping center and train station ^_^

  9. The camera takes nice photos, You look fab as usual, and this post makes me want to visit Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory! Oh my gosh those macaroons look yummy!

  10. It looks like you had a fun time as usual. ^^ I didn’t know that there were actual horse carriages in Melbourne (looks like you learn something new everyday), so seeing a picture of it is really surprising. Or maybe I’m just out of the loop.

    • Haha they’re quite popular I think, they give people tours of the city, I really want to go on one sometime!

  11. The Hopetoun tearooms are gorgeous. I’ve only been there once, but it was incredible. They have the most delicious teas and the cakes nearly put me into a diabetic coma. Brilliant.
