Flower Ring Using A Crochet Base

Aug 29, 2011 by

Rings! This is another request from way back in the lost email pile. I think maybe this was requeted by Alina but I’m not completely sure! Whoever it was asked for me to show ways of making rings that don’t include those cheap metal resizable ones. Well this is my favorite way: crochet!

This is my finished ring, I wanted something soft, huge and forest-y.

  1. super cute! You are so creative!

This would be perfect for a mori girl coordinate, or a country classic lolita look!

  2. This is an awesome tutorial! :D It’s a perfect project for beginners such as myself~. :D And it seems that I can only ever find blank metal rings online, so this is also great if I want a ring sooner than later. :D

I also definitely agree with HelloEnaam; I’d love to see things like this more often in mori-girl or country lolita. :3

  3. Really cute tutorial :D I love the lace details! I bet it would make any outfit so much better ♥

  4. You’re so creative, Violet xP
I love the ring idea and am contemplating making one now for my hair! :D

  5. As always, impressed. Not only did you not use a adjustable ring, but you used a ring made out of CROCHET! xD I don’t often see a ring made out of crochet so major kudos to you for that. I would be pretty much impressed at that point, but I got even more impressed when you said that it can be converted into a hair accessory as well! What can you NOT make? xD

  6. The purple flowers are so pretty!! :D Inspired to get some flowers for my room.

  7. awww! That’s so adorable!
