Vanity Box Review- Clothing and Accessories

Jul 15, 2011 by

Kean from Vanity Box .com.au approached me a little while ago to test out some of their products and get feedback on everything. Considering the fact that their shop has been on my “to buy” list for quite a while I was pretty happy to say yes! I was sent both clothing and a selection of their make up products so I’ve decided to split it into two posts. Clothes and accessories first, here are my experiences!

General info about Vanity Box:

Vanity Box is a Korean clothing/cosmetics import website. They are based in Brisbane, Australia. They stock various Korean clothes and Ameli cosmetics. They have a physical store in Sunnybank Australia but mostly deal online. It is a small business run by a couple who share a love of make up.

Shipping:

I was really surprised at the shipping time, on the site domestic orders have a shipping time of 2-3 days but mine arrived 24hours after I finalised which items I wanted. Obviously international orders would take a bit longer but within Australia that’s still super fast.

Website:

The site is cleanly laid out and easy to use, I didn’t have any problems finding anything and all of the photos were very pretty while still actually showing the item.

On to the individual item reviews!

  2. Oh gosh! i really like that b&w photo! it looks sooooo vintage, like something that one would see in an old school book or something. ;)

  4. Jaede

I do like that bow belt you are wearing. Do tell where it came from, please. The pearl bracelet is lovely !

I love that OP!!! I also love how you said you liked K-fashion, I do too! Another reason to be proud of my Korean heritage. It usually is flowy and light and has pastel or neutral colors. It is really dreamy~ Even Korean Lolita is lighter and natural while still keeping the sweet in it! Dolly Berry is a good example!

    • Definitely be proud of your heritage! I love Korean styles, they always look so floaty and dreamy :D I’ve just looked it up and Dolly Berry looks so pretty!

  7. wow! Those are so adorable! I’m so jealous!! KYAH! :3

  8. What cute stuff. The pearl earrings with the crowns on them and the pearl bracelet looks just fit for a princess. It is amazing these days on how easy it is to change a photo old style or any style for that matter xD.
