Zoya Flash Polish Swatches

May 15, 2011 by

When the ever awesome You’ve Got Nail mentioned she had a present for me I didn’t think it would be a whole collection of Zoya polishes *_* I had mentioned wanting to try them because the brand is so highly regarded and she gave me the whole Flash collection! I was in heaven XD

Let the review begin!

Brand:
Zoya, Flash collection.

From:
The lovely You’ve Got Nail gifted these to me! You can get them here. Extra props for the Zoya website because they have so much extra information on the polishes like the finish, the colour intensity on a scale of 1-5 and you can order spoon samples. I very much like companies that go the extra mile like that.

Price:
$8 each or $36 for the set

Volume:
15ml

Bottle:
Squareish, thinner at the bottom, rounded corners, flared black top. Easy to store and stack, looks very nice, no complaints here.

Brush:
Average size, and very flexible. Very smooth bristles.

Drying Time:
Roughly the same for all of them. Reasonably quick drying time.

Colour Name:
Jolene.

Description:
Nice bright slightly blue toned pink.

    Omg love the bright orange!

I’ve been looking at these polishes for a while. I love bright colours but I don’t wear enough nail polish as it is. I bit my nails and although I’ve tired a lot of ways to stop sometimes i just don’t notice I’m doing it!
Great review as always! I love your idea of using fake nails to show the colour changes! i have to do that with all my polishes.

    • I am totally the same with biting my nails, it’s such a habit I just can’t stop >_<

  3. Wow… I never thought i’d be tempted to eat pumpkin by looking at nail polish. Well I was wrong!

  4. ooooh, I love the Perrie, actually love them all! Thanks for sharing xxx

I’m not really into any oh these colours, because I’m not sure bright colours would fit my cool undertoned skin, but theylook great quality.

Another brand I’m deeply in love for polishes is Stargazers, I love love their glittery colors.

Personally I’d really wear those colours for work. I mean yeah I’m still at school and I study art, but all the people around are SO conservative… I just converted one girl into nail art, But I kinda feel I’m the only one with a-crazy-nail-polish-and-OMG-so-long-nails-how-do-you-do-to-live-with-them and basically all the other girls are oh-no-I-wear-short-nails-BTW-did-you-see-my-last-grey/taupe/dull-brand-new-OPI-nailart-girls-are-just-superficial-girls…

    • Ooo I haven’t seen Stargazers before but I love glitter so I’ll have to go look them up! XD I know exactly what you mena about conservative polish colours, very much not me!

  6. I love these! I could totally see myself wearing the pretty blue and purple shades (all of them actually!) I’d love to try Zoya =D

  7. What a fantastic collection. There are so many great shades here. I’ve been looking for a fun orange nail polish to experiment with, and I think I may have found it. The vivid blue is gorgeous as well. I feel a shopping spree coming on!

  8. What is a Konad???

These colors are so pretty! Wish there had been a yellow of some kind though!
