  1. Nice! I wish i had such drawing skills. I assume it’s a ‘laser’ mouse. does it work on a reflective surface?

  2. I would love to do something like this! Unfortunately I use the trackpad on my laptop and my artistic ability does not include drawing. Truly adorable though! ^_^

  3. It looks really nice ^^!
Just wished that the colors were more vibrant, because when you put the plastic layer on that kinda fell away :(

    • Ah I think the colours just lightened because of the camera flash, in real life it looks pretty much the same ^_^ Thanks!

  4. gosh that reminds me that i need a mouse pad (a padded one). Do you know how to make nice padded pieces for the mousepad? You probably do T___T because youre too awesome with crafts. Are those water coloured markers that you used to design the mouse pad?

    • The markers are copic markers so they are alcohol based. By padded do you mean like with a pillow to rest your wrist on?

  5. That’s cute and pretty handy! Definitely can’t use this for gaming though, but for all else, it’s good :D

  6. This is an amazing idea. I might hack up this SS Vogue catwalk special and add some of my own art to a collage, make a pretty frock mousemat!

  7. Wow this makes me whish my computer had a mouse ^^ It’s a really cool idea with a clever solution, as always.
I was really surprised to find so many nice tutorials on your blog( I loved the one about the headwear holder). Being the spazzy girl I am, I just figured ”aww a girl who like pretty things just like me” when I subscribed. Instead, I found an interesting person with crafting skills and helpful tutorials. They are so detailed that maybe someone like me(who’s never made anything before) could use them. So… Yeah, I really love your tutorials and I hope you’ll make more!

    • Aww I’m very glad you’re enjoying my tutorials! Thanks very much for subscribing :D Don’t worry I’ve got lots and lots of fun tutorials planned! Thank you so much for your lovely comment!

Cute mousepad! :D Does it move around when the mouse moves? That’s what had happened to me when I had tried making mine (ended up buying a new one instead). Now it’s a wall decoration :D

    • Nope because it’s foam on the back on a plastic desk it stays in place pretty well just like a normal foam one :D

  9. very cute and a great idea!

  10. Haha!! I’ve never thought handmaking mouse pad was possible! You did it wonderfully(^^)v Your mum must be very happy!

  11. Lovely! I really like the kind of coulors. Why can`t more people be so creative…
    Best wishes from Germany
