About Violet
Violet. Frills, lace, pearls and video games. Sometimes Hime Gyaru. Loves rain, hates summer. Workaholic multi-tasking champion. Likes a good cup of tea, hates to run out of Buenos. Wants a puppy, is a house cat. Currently living in Melbourne, Australia.
Finally a competition open to international readers too, I hope you all enjoy it ^_^
One Day in Paradise is to date Australia’s first and only local Lolita store and they celebrated their second anniversary this past weekend :D
While I personally no longer wear Lolita fashion I do still enjoy seeing it on others and I know that lots of my readers wear the fashion so when Marie (the owner) invited me along I was delighted to see what they were doing!
Early that morning Marie came over and I helped her out with her hair, she really enjoyed my tutorial on over the head plaits so she borrowed some of my flowers and I tried out the style on her. This proves that even those with short hair can try it because Marie’s hair is barely shoulder length!
The store is located over at 248 Johnston Street and shares a shop with Visage and Vice who sell mostly gothic clothing. Make sure you go type the suburb as Fitzroy into your GPS when you go otherwise you’ll end up walking like 10 extra blocks because there is a second 248 Johnston St in the next suburb over XD Yes ok I am speaking from experience on that one and no it’s not fun to walk the 10 blocks in the middle of an unseasonal storm especially when you’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time on your hair and make up for a party only to have it completely ruined by aforementioned rain!
Once you see this in the window though you’ll be ok:
Inside the first room might be a little bit of unfamiliar territory for the sweeter Lolitas ;) Keep going up the back of the store though and you’ll spot a trail of arrows leading towards the frills!
Follow the arrows…
You might feel like Alice down the rabbit hole at this point but you’re almost there!
The further you go, the pinker it gets XD
And you made it safely!
Now before we get to the party, here’s some info about One Day in Paradise:
They sell both new and second hand brand and off brand items
They ship locally within Australia and internationally
The store is open to the public every Friday and Saturday (other times can be arranged by appointment only)
They stock JSKs, OPs, accessories, shoes, socks, magazines, wigs and pretty much anything else you could think of.
While they specialise in Lolita clothing they do also some times stock Hime Gyaru pieces too :D
So on to the party!
The place was descended on by about 30 Lolitas so all of this yummy food was gone in a flash! Hot tea on tap and everyone was very happy ^_^
It was a lovely setting for everyone to chat and meet/catch up with each other.
Of course with that many like minded girls in one place there was a whooole lot of shopping to be done XD
I didn’t get a chance to do any shopping because I was busy being behind the camera interviewing all the girls for a video about the store which is at the bottom of the post ^_^
Of course when I spotted a Jesus Diamante dress at the back of the rack I had to play with it at least XD Think I should go back and get it?
Completely unrelated but I totally also wanted this awesome leopard print shower cap XD
There were lots of girls meeting for the first time…
And of course lots of old friends…
There was even an artist sketching people ^_^
At the end of the night Marie gave a little speach thanking everyone and outlining her plans for the new year.
I got to catch up with Stephy, the owner of Visage and Vise ^_^
And of course Marie! I wanted to steal her dress so badly because it was just lovely!
You can see the rest of the photos in the slide show below…
Up for grabs is a AU$100 gift voucher to One Day in Paradise to be used by the end of January 2011. This giveaway is open to everyone including international readers!

Hi Violet,
That looked like such a lovely event!! While I don’t wear Lolita I do LOVE the dresses & always dream of taking the plunge and buying one!
I found two dresses that I would LOVE to buy & would be perfect for my kitchen tea/bridal shower coming up in the first few months of 2011, they are ‘Infanta MM OP’ This dress is stunning & I love how it shows some of the beautiful frills off… The second is ‘Dear Celine Floral JSK’ this dress is also stunning, I love the floral-ness, the frills, the bows & how the bust & bodice are designed is beautiful!! So out of these two if I won, I would have a big decision to make on which to buy (or perhaps I would just buy both!!)
Thanks for once again as usual a beautiful blog!!

Ah! How coincidental >_<
I was actually just browsing through their website thinking about how I wanted to buy some things from there when I alt+tab'd to facebook and saw your link to the competition ! Super excitedddd :D
Hmm, $100 voucher doesn't seem enough hehe! I want to get more than one thing ahhh. But I guess I'd probably get the "Dear Celine Floral JSK" or maybe the "Infanta MM OP"! Or maybeee, the "Dear Celine High Waisted Pinstripe Skirt" !!
This is such an awesome competition ! Melody recently posted..Button N Thead
So cool! I’ve actually been wondering the site looking for things I’d want and I already know what I’d get!
I would get the HMHM Girly Note Skirt, Black long Sleeve high neck cutsew and AliceKingdom white puff short sleeved blouse because I’ve been in need of blouses for a while now.
Thank You One Day in Paradise! Mari recently posted..Back for the Meantime

I’d buy the DollscroPs High Waisted Bustle Skirt OR Rose Melody Black Skirt and perhaps the Momo & Jia Baby Short Sleeved Blouse in Black. ^^

Woo cute as video :-)
You can enter me in the comp even tho I’m not really Lolita – I do love that black bustle skirt and you can never have too many petticoats.
The video is fab – its great that Melbourne can foster such communities of niche fashion. I think this city gives people the freedom to express themselves better than any other place in the country. :-D Esz recently posted..Vogue KK 2010 and a perfume obsession
Awww, Mags and Nat look so mature in classic! I remember them in their first outfits, all nervous and stuff _< Sefie recently posted..Seoul Restaurant – Review
Lol, as a brand new Hime-gyaru, I could use so much on that site XD I’m starting completely from scratch! This is the first year that I will have the money to be able to even buy this sort of stuff, and I don’t know when I’ll get the chance next, so I’m taking advantage ^^
I really adore that Putumayo short sleeved jacket. It’s so cute~ Just the right amount of frill that I could wear it with anything and feel princessy. I usually take a lot of time to think about what I like, but sometimes, I’m immediately drawn to a piece. This was one of those times.
With the rest of the money, I’d get a headband. I’m really leaning towards that Angelic Pretty pink and white one. It just looks so delicate and dainty!
After that, I’d be left with $9, and I doubt I could use that on shipping, so after lots of consideration, I would put it towards the BtSSB pink shirred cutsew. Yes, more pink, I know, lol. I only own a few things in pink anyway, some really long socks, some fishnets I got forever ago, and a cutsew dress that I think is actually meant to be pajamas, so I think I’m entitled to some pink in my life! Anyway, I just love the look of it~! I know I could settle for something less expensive like another headband, but your rule does state to talk about what I’d get, and I’d definitely try my hardest to get that if it were still around on the site ^^
I’m following via GFC, if I needed to mention that ^^ Aimiya recently posted..Reviews I guess so!
I’m not a lolita person but I would like to have some cute lovely lotita pieces to do some girly dressup ^^. I’d love to use the gift voucher and get Infanto Brown Corduroy JSK or Infanta Floral Canon JSK on the site. They are so lovely!
If I won the contest, I would probably spend the Angelic Pretty Red x White Ribbon socks, the Black Style 1 Mary Janes, and the Metamorphose White Hair Combs. They would all look so cute together!
I love One Day in Paradise! I was stalking their online store for weeks before Supanova in Brisbane, working out what I would buy at their stall.
I ended up with the gorgeous HMHM girly note skirt in black, and I wear it way too often!
But with the voucher, I would probably invest in the spider white puff sleeve blouse, and either the Dear Celine High Waisted Pinstripe skirt or the HMHM Chandelier Skirt. Though it might take me until the end of January to work which one!
Hi Violet! :) I would love to be in the contest. I usually follow you with bloglovin, but now I tried adding you with RSS google. Can you see if I did add you? I am not sure I did it right. My google account is on the same mail as I wrote here.
Anyway, I am a girl from Sweden that started reeding your blog quite recently. I just stated wearing Lolita clothes (I have collected 6 pieces of clothing this far!) If I would win the gift voucher I would use it to buy the “Rose Melody Merry Go Round JSK” (it would be my first dress^^)
I hope you have a nice day, and keep up the good work on this blog! It really brightens my day :)

and the keyboard handbag!! :D
oh my if that strawberry cream dress was in a bigger size, i would blow all my savings on it. Sabrina recently posted..i think i said this last year- but
Well, I just officially became a follower of your blog! Haha. I mean, I’d usually come here from other blogs I follow, but after actually looking around, I found how to follow. I know, I’m silly.
100 certainly isn’t enough for a JSK or OP, but I’m slowly becoming more obsessed with Lolita under-stuff! So I’d probably buy as many socks as I can! Especially a pair of the clock ones ;D
Oh, my, word. I saw One Day In Paradise’s stall at Supanova this year, and there were so many gorgeous items that I loved. I was especially taken by the shoes. I have wanted a pair of platform Mary Janes forver, and I think that’s what I’d spend my voucher on. Then I might add some of my own money and use the remainder to buy a pair of those red lolita doubel decker platform shoes. I would be awesomely tall! It’s been so long since my last lolita purchase I don’t wear it as much as I used to but with it been the holidays it’s a good excuse to dress up. I’m wearing my BTSSB Marie Antoinette JSk for a party this week :)
This is such a great giveaway, I wish we had our own little lolita store here. Maybe I should open one? xoxo Cate recently posted..Daily Outfit- Black on White
You should totally open your own store! I’m sure the Lolitas in your area would just adore having a cute store like this to go to :D It’s a much better experience being able to actually try clothes on rather than buying online!
Wow this is such a great post *_* Thank you for this! I love the interview ♥
If I’d win the voucher I…I…ooh this is soo hard to decide, really! but I think I’d take the blonde hime wig and the super cute black Infanta candy cutsew ♥ Arina recently posted..Upsa- Weihnachten steht vor der Tür! Wie unerwartet!
If i won, I would like to get a new petticoat, the black cupcake one. Mine is dying, it would be great to have a fresh fluffy one. With the rest i would get the HMHM black longsleeve cutsew, because gothic cutsews are few and far between, i like the comfort and warmth, yesterday was the first day of winter here!
I would love the White Cupcake Petticoat because I’m just starting out in lolita and I don’t have one, or the money to buy one at that :/ and since it’s 100AU I could also get the Anna House pink x white skirt even if I have to chip in with a little of my own money ^_^
oh and I’m following via Google Friend Connect as Aleks :)
I’m so excited that you have a competition available to international readers because I never get to participate due to not living in the blogger’s country :/
Love your blog! Been following for so long and I absolutely love it <3 Aleksandra recently posted..Hello Kitty Watch!
Oh my Gosh! I’ve never even heard of them before and now, browsing through their shop I’m almost a bit embarassed about it… Although living in Germany might be an excuse for not knowing about an Australian Lolita Shop. However, thanks to you, I’m somewhat up to date with the Australian fashion scene by now ;D
If I won that voucher I’d probably get the “Dear Celine High Waisted Pinstripe Skirt”! I’m more into the Gothic-Scene music-wise, yet I often wear Sweet-Lolita-Dresses to Concerts and Festivals (I just love their shape and since light blue is my favourite color~ ♥) … you might guess how some people stare at me ~__~ Soooo, when I neither feel like going out in true gothic attire, nor like being a piece of candy cotton on a graveyard this would be THE outfit to wear =D
Love Love Love LOVE your blog by the way~ You and Sushi-Cat are the only people I constantly check on every day ;P
Have a nice day! ♥
I’d probably help myself to one of the LushPunk Dark Embrace bracelets. I just love bats and I’ve been looking for something like this for ages! I love it so much >w<
I'd also love a pair of the White Knee High Boots. They'd be perfect for winter and I know I'd wear them a lot! They are so super cute, I just hope they come in my size!!
My email address is i.remi[at]live.com (replace [at] with @ of course~)
You would look wonderful in the JD Dress! You should definitely go back for it.
After looking over ‘One Day in Paradise’s web shop, I have fallen in love with the Angelic Pretty Fluffy Black Hair Combs, and the Baby Black and White Soft Half Bonnet.
Both or either item would complete a few of my outfits and add a breath of new life to others. Kathleen recently posted..Sally Girl Eye Shadow Review
That Angelic Pretty black dot long sleeved blouse is just too good to pass up! The prices in the online store are amazing. I must admit I’m fairly tempted!
Ohmigosh international giveaway! I’m a follower on google. I would probably use my better judgment and pick up a few anna house blouses, even though I want ALL of their dresses!
I TOTALLY understand the name of the store *-*. Here in Toronto, Canada there is only one dedicated Lolita store called “Twylite”, and while the owner is nice, its basically Bodyline with an %80 mark up. If I won the voucher, I’d totally lean towards the Rose Melody Black Lace Up Bustier… or the Infanta Floral Canon JSK, even though the Infanta MM OP is lustworthy, its too springy, for an autumn person. If i won the LOTTERY, then it’d be the Rose Melody Merry Go Round JSK. Fo sho.
Looooove, Serena!
P.S. Yes. Get. That. Dress…Now =D
Eek ,forgot to say I’m one of your 573 members on the site and am subscribed… something i JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT ._. I’m not the most observant person D: I just visited every day, it’s quite the routine! ^-^
I couldn’t help hopping in here – I used to work for One Day in Paradise and often came across girls who thought the same as you. But don’t despair! One Day in Paradise actually caters for all sizes, including larger shoe sizes and plus size clothing!
So if you are interested in such clothes, you should definitely send an email in to enquire further. =) Celeste @ Berrytravels recently posted..Review- DonToo- Melbourne CBD
It made me a little sad when you said you’re not gonna do any more lolita fashion(ノ△・。) Will you still be a Hime Gyaru??
By the way, the store is super cute! I have to visit when I’m in Melbourne. I want the Diamante dress so bad!! Ha ha ha☆ Minnie recently posted..★MEGAMIND★NAILS★
Don’t worry Princess, I still love Hime Gyaru! I haven’t really worn Lolita properly in maybe 3 years so it’s ok I’m not really changing my style ^0^/ If you come to Melbourne I will definitely take you to this store!
I love black. I think it’s so elegant! :D The things that really caught my eye were the Infanta Small Black Music Bag and the Infanta Candy Cutsew – Black.
Although I’ve been following your blog for a couple years now I’ve never used an RSS feed before. I am following trough Opera mail, but I cannot see anywhere how to tell what “email” Opera is using T_T
It’s great that you’re finally having an international competition! The store has adorable things, and as a lolita-fashion wearer myself I must give it a shot! With the AUS$100 voucher I’d get the adorable “Dear Celine Floral JSK” because it is cute and graceful, the two things I like in lolita!
Thanks for running such a generous competition! It was just yesterday that I was on the One Day In Paradise website, browsing. If I were to win, I’d put the voucher towards the Infanta Floral Canon JSK, as it is just the most stunning piece!
Hello! I am a new follower via Google Friend Connect (but long time follower via my Favorites!)
I would either get the Spider Assymetrical Punk Skirt-Black (although I much more often drawn toward classical Lolita, I somehow fell in love with this skirt! So pretty <3 ) or the Spider White Puff Sleeves Blouse. I need a blouse, and this one is so pretty! I love the pintucks, and the lovely bow on the neckline. Plus-it comes in my size. Then I would use the remaining Au$4 for a pair of the Bunny socks. They are over-the-knee, which I most love. I would only have to choose between white or black…or both?
Or maybe put it towards the Metamorphose Pintuck Ribbon Jsk…I love the simple prettiness of it.
Agh, this is what happens when I look at pretty new sites. We'll see!
What a beautiful store and a lovely little party! The video was very cute as well =D
From the website, I would buy the Infanta Brown Corduroy JSK, The LushPunk Pink Mirror Daphne Necklace, and the LushPunk Dark Embrace Bat Bracelet. They have such beautiful things!
I have to enter this because after seeing you with the Jesus Diamante dress, I fell in love!!
I would definitely spend the vouchers on it. I don’t usually like Hime style, because I think it makes me look silly but I have always adored it. But that dress is so beautiful and I know that I would feel like such a Princess in it!
Hi violet! I am from Singapore and I really would like to try this lolita look. I would spend my voucher on the dear celine floral JSK if I get picked *crosses fingers*
I’ve been following this blog for a while now, and I had no idea that I could actually subscribe to it through Google! I think this means many more comments from me, haha.
If I were to win the giftcard, I would definitely use it to buy the Kira Kira Cream Rose x White Three Tiered Skirt in size 14. I just love the shape and the print!~
i’m not sure why the rest of my comment didn’t show up T__T”~ but i said that i would like to get a floral dress~ either the one you were holding or the dear celine floral dress and pay the difference hehe~~ Judy recently posted..Won a giveaway and joining another!

About the voucher, if I were to win I’d love to get the Millefleurs JSK and pay the difference. I love that brand.
Aww! Thank you so much for your wonderful comment!! I would love if you tried some of the tutorials out, if you do be sure to send me some photos! Thanks for entering and for keeping on reading ^_^
I love what you did with Marie’s hair, she is tooo cute! Anyway, I would try out the Dear Celine High Waisted Pinstripe Skirt, I think. Although, I’m indecisive, and love so many things in this shop, that I could change my mind many times! Hear Mum Roar recently posted..Best blog posts of 2010 – add yours
Ooooh! What I wouldn’t give fot the Infanta pink x white cardigan, and one of those heart bags! Especially the one from little waltz! It gives me shivers just looking at the beautiful lace detailing!
Ah, man! Where I live, there isn’t a Lolita store in 489 mile radius! I really love the lolita style, but since I’m pretty young, I don’t think I have enough waist to fill them in, either. :(
There are apparently quite a few Lolita stores springing up in the US like Tokyo Rebel etc ^_^ Maybe you could find some Lolitas in your local area and find out where the best places to buy in the area are? Good luck!

It’s so hard to pick one thing, my style is more gothic than sweet now so I’d probably go for something darker like like the Rose Melody Merry go round JSK:
http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=430
or the Rose Melody Skirt:
http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=428
This is such a great giveaway, I wish we had our own little lolita store here. Maybe I should open one? xoxo
Cate recently posted..Daily Outfit- Black on White
You should totally open your own store! I’m sure the Lolitas in your area would just adore having a cute store like this to go to :D It’s a much better experience being able to actually try clothes on rather than buying online!
So many lovely things on this website! and the shop looks lovely in person as well!
thanks so much for opening the competition to international readers,
It was hard to decide but I would choose the Infanta MM OP dress, so cute!
i’m following on google reader RSS
thanks!
I’m hoping to have more international giveaways soon too :D
Wow this is such a great post *_* Thank you for this! I love the interview ♥
If I’d win the voucher I…I…ooh this is soo hard to decide, really! but I think I’d take the blonde hime wig and the super cute black Infanta candy cutsew ♥
Arina recently posted..Upsa- Weihnachten steht vor der Tür! Wie unerwartet!
I had a lovely time doing the interview, I’m so glad you enjoyed it!
Dying petticoats are definitely a very sad occurrence, I hope you are enjoying Winter, Summer has just gotten very hot here >_<
I would love the White Cupcake Petticoat because I’m just starting out in lolita and I don’t have one, or the money to buy one at that :/ and since it’s 100AU I could also get the Anna House pink x white skirt even if I have to chip in with a little of my own money ^_^
petti- http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7&products_id=333

oh and I’m following via Google Friend Connect as Aleks :)
I’m so excited that you have a competition available to international readers because I never get to participate due to not living in the blogger’s country :/
Love your blog! Been following for so long and I absolutely love it <3
Aleksandra recently posted..Hello Kitty Watch!
Thanks so much Aleksandra! I hope to have lots more soon ^_^
Petticoats are definitely an important part of Lolita, good luck building your wardrobe!
Haha I’m very glad to educate on the Australian Lolita scene XD Thank you so much for your lovely comment!!
What a fun event! I’d get a new blouse or two. My current Bodyline blouse’s buttons are all falling off!
Oh no! Definitely sounds like it’s time for a replacement!
i love all the shoes! id buy some of the cute white ones so i can get excited for summer again!
Rebecca recently posted..Drawing!
I’m finding it hard to be excited about Summer too >_<
OHMIGOODNESS! This is awesome! I probably won’t win but, I have a chance!!
I would get this wig- http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15&products_id=327
or these shoes
http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=8&products_id=86
I love that wig too!
I follow as Freya on GFC
I’d probably help myself to one of the LushPunk Dark Embrace bracelets. I just love bats and I’ve been looking for something like this for ages! I love it so much >w<
I'd also love a pair of the White Knee High Boots. They'd be perfect for winter and I know I'd wear them a lot! They are so super cute, I just hope they come in my size!!
My email address is i.remi[at]live.com (replace [at] with @ of course~)
I love all the jewellery they stock there, thanks for entering and following!
I follow you, through the google friend connect.
Their shop looks so cute! Even though I live within a few hours of NYC and Tokyo Rebel I’ve never actually been inside a Lolita shop.
I’d probably spend it on http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=305 this, I need some more classic prints in my wardrobe!
my email is fyeahlolita AT gmail.com
Wow really? I think when I was into Lolita, if there had been a store near by I would have walked for hours to get there hahaha!
Hi Violet, if I won I’d use the voucher towards this: http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=428
Rose Melody Skirt.
I hope whoever does win gets something awesome that they treasure :)

Aww thanks Kathleen! I love the fluffy black AP combs too :D
That Angelic Pretty black dot long sleeved blouse is just too good to pass up! The prices in the online store are amazing. I must admit I’m fairly tempted!
She does offer fantastic deals doesn’t she? The price of the shoes always blows me away!
Ohmigosh international giveaway! I’m a follower on google. I would probably use my better judgment and pick up a few anna house blouses, even though I want ALL of their dresses!
Ahaha noooo throw caution to the wind and be frivolous :D
Aww thank you for visiting so much! You are very sweet to follow too :D
Twylite?! 80% mark up Ouch! *_* I think I need to win the lottery too and go back for the dress, I’ll cross my fingers for both of us XD
Unfortunately for me being a larger girl, I can’t get shoes :( but I think If I won I’d spend the voucher on this wig:
http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15&products_id=327
It’s so cute, and would be perfect because I have such short hair right now ;)
I wish there were some plus sized clothes, but I understand that japanese designers just don’t make them.
reece recently posted..Animonday!

I love that wig too! I was quite tempted myself XD
It made me a little sad when you said you’re not gonna do any more lolita fashion(ノ△・。) Will you still be a Hime Gyaru??
By the way, the store is super cute! I have to visit when I’m in Melbourne. I want the Diamante dress so bad!! Ha ha ha☆
Minnie recently posted..★MEGAMIND★NAILS★
Don’t worry Princess, I still love Hime Gyaru! I haven’t really worn Lolita properly in maybe 3 years so it’s ok I’m not really changing my style ^0^/ If you come to Melbourne I will definitely take you to this store!
I love black. I think it’s so elegant! :D The things that really caught my eye were the Infanta Small Black Music Bag and the Infanta Candy Cutsew – Black.
Cheers Violet!
Thanks for entering!
Don’t worry at all Mizuno ^_^ I’m just glad you visit so often! Thank you <3
Hello Violet,
Thanks for running such a generous competition! It was just yesterday that I was on the One Day In Paradise website, browsing. If I were to win, I’d put the voucher towards the Infanta Floral Canon JSK, as it is just the most stunning piece!
Xx.
No problems at all Elizabeth! I hope to do lots more like this! Thanks for your comment!
I would buy some magazines for constant inspiration!

Oh my Gu’vnor! I love you even more Violet for giving us this link! I am an aspiring Lolita and would love to get my first dress from here! I would want: http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=447 or 2 pairs of shoes that are on sale, and the skirt: http://www.onedayinparadise.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=195 and pay the extra 5 dollars! I really hope you choose me, for I cannot find any Lolita stores near me. If you don’t, I am going to save up money to buy this dress! Good luck everybody, and thanks again Violet!
Hahaha very glad to help Kendall! I’m very sorry your number didn’t come up, I hope you can save up soon <3
We'll see!

and although it would be so hard to choose what else to spend it on, I think I would go with the Angelic Pretty White Canotier because it looks gorgeous and who can resist a pretty hair bow?

Model: JI-WH-1045
Thanks for entering Stephanie!
I have to enter this because after seeing you with the Jesus Diamante dress, I fell in love!!
I would definitely spend the vouchers on it. I don’t usually like Hime style, because I think it makes me look silly but I have always adored it. But that dress is so beautiful and I know that I would feel like such a Princess in it!
p.s. Is Marie English?! Yay for the Brits!! haha
:D We so need to twin!! Yep Marie is English, go the Brits! :D
Hi violet! I am from Singapore and I really would like to try this lolita look. I would spend my voucher on the dear celine floral JSK if I get picked *crosses fingers*

Hey Violet! I’ve been reading you for awhile, but never commented. Now that I have, I can say that I love your new hair!
I think I would be torn between the cute jewelry (like the LushPunk Daphne necklace!), and the deco & deco magazines! So I’d probably get both. ;)
Thanks for commenting Jessica! I hope you enjoy your prizes!
So many beautiful things! I would probably add a little money and get one of the Rose Melody JSK… or two pettis!
You can never have enough pettis!
Hahaha yay! Thanks so much for subscribing Sara!

Little Waltz makes the most devine pieces!
Ah, man! Where I live, there isn’t a Lolita store in 489 mile radius! I really love the lolita style, but since I’m pretty young, I don’t think I have enough waist to fill them in, either. :(
Aww you can always buy online!
Also, I am all the way here in the US, so no lolita stuff in Louisiana.
There are apparently quite a few Lolita stores springing up in the US like Tokyo Rebel etc ^_^ Maybe you could find some Lolitas in your local area and find out where the best places to buy in the area are? Good luck!
