Latest Deco Projects!

Author: I’m writing this in between frantically packing things for Melbourne so do excuse me if I seem a little rushed!
Everyone has requested photos of my latest deco projects so here they are! There are a LOT of photos because I’m really proud of this one!
I bought a new leather phone case for my iphone Ruri and it’s taken me a while to settle on a design but here it is in all it’s glory

I’ve got to say that I am beyond happy with how this turned out, every time I look at it I get a huge smile! Makes me love using my iphone even more!

One of the other projects I’ve done lately is my glasses! That’s right all the hours I spent in front of the screen writing tutorials means I need glasses >_<
But how damn cute did they turn out?
Lastly if you were following me on Twitter you would have heard that I lost my absolute favorite scarf ever on the weekend 
I keep it tied to my hand bag and it fell off somewhere in a shopping centre, I didn’t even realize until we got home
But the good part of that is that I got to go scarf shopping again
What I bought:
Cute red scarf to match my bag- $3 from Footprints Op shop
Hand Painted silk scarf from the Salvos- $2
Yay for new things! I also got a very interesting wallet at the same shop but that’s reserved for another post ^_^ I love op shops!

how long did it take you to deco the casing?
do u stick them as you go or do you plan them out first? it’s so amazing!!!
I put all the big ones on first to get a sort of layout and then I just went nuts in between, it took around 4 hours or so! I’m SO happy with it

Although I’m not a big fan of lots and lots of cluttered deco, I really really love yours!!

Oh you totally should, I did my DS a while ago and it looks awesome… though now it doesn’t fit into any of my cases which is a bit of a pain in the butt >_< Think before you deco haha!
That’s so cute, I’ve just bought a leather case for my phone so was thinking of deco it out, I finished a pill case yesterday so will have to take pictures of it
Pill cases are great to deco especially because you can do them to quickly! Just make sure you have the right glue to use on leather because it’s slightly bendy. I can’t wait to see what you do! If you want to send some pictures I’ll put them up on the site

Love it! So sparkly and pink. I’m always afraid things will fall off when I glue them on. But yours looks amazing and sturdy.
Ah it’s all about the glue you use to attach them, just using super glue isn’t enough you need to use something super crazy strong like Epoxy. You do have to take case of them a bit but I’ve only ever lost on or two jewels ^_^
That deco is stunning, and the closure so excellent! Lovely work, chica. I’m still shocked you were able to do it in a day :D!

Heehee my glasses are just cheap reading glasses, they were a great buy though because my proper expensive glasses are so ugly!

It’s great to see old jewellery being used and given second life, instead of being stuck inside a jewellery box and never seen!
That’s exactly what I think, I’ve had people who were shocked/outraged that I butchered old pieces of jewelery but my opinion is that jewelery was made to be looked at and admired no matter what form

I have been looking all around here to find some rhinestones that have reasonable prices (what I could find was 20 for 5€ which is too much for me… *cheapo*) didn’t want to order online just yet :s
